We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our returns conditions below:

Change of Mind

We offer refunds for change of mind only if your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at elbibeachclub@outlook.com with your order number.

 

Size Exchanges

We understand that sometimes sizing isn’t quite right.

We offer exchanges for size changes under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be unwashed
  • All original tags and hygiene liners must be intact
  • Bottoms must be tried on wearing underwear

For hygiene reasons, any bikini bottoms not tried on over underwear will not be eligible for exchange.

Items that show signs of wear, makeup, tan marks, chlorine exposure, sand, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Clearly worn items will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the fault

If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded for change of mind. Exchanges for size may be offered subject to availability.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

 

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers
  • Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier


Standard Australia Post (Parcel Post)

  • Within Queensland (same state): ~2–4 business days
  • Interstate (e.g., NSW, VIC, SA, ACT): ~3–6 business days
  • Rural or remote areas: Transit may take longer depending on destination location and service limitations. 

 

Express Post (if selected)

 

  • QLD (same state): ~1–2 business days
  • Interstate: ~1–3 business days
    (Express delivery is subject to network coverage and may vary by postcode.) 

 


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Elbi Beach Club is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
